We manufacture custom fasteners, precision turned parts and specialized components in metals and engineering plastics according to customer drawings, samples and technical requirements.

CNC TURNING
PRECISION WHERE GEOMETRY MATTERS.
CNC turning is one of the core manufacturing capabilities of UNIDORA.
We manufacture shafts, pins, special fasteners, threaded components, sleeves, bushings, fittings and complex turned parts according to customer drawings and technical specifications.
Our CNC machining capabilities enable us to work with a wide range of metals and engineering plastics, producing both relatively simple components and parts requiring multiple diameters, grooves, threads, drilling and other machining features.
Dimensions, tolerances, material, subsequent operations and production volume are considered when defining the manufacturing process.

THREAD ROLLING
THREADS FORMED FOR PRODUCTION.
Thread rolling is a key part of our manufacturing capability.
Unlike thread cutting, thread rolling creates the thread profile through controlled material deformation rather than material removal.
For suitable components, the process provides an efficient and highly repeatable method of thread production.
At UNIDORA, thread rolling is integrated with preceding machining operations. Component dimensions and machining parameters are prepared according to the requirements of the rolling process, allowing turning and thread rolling to operate as part of the same manufacturing sequence.

HOT FORGING
FORM FIRST. MACHINE WHERE IT MATTERS.
Not every component should begin with machining from solid material.
For suitable geometries, materials and production volumes, hot forging allows the initial shape of a component to be formed before precision machining.
This provides an efficient manufacturing route for special fasteners, headed components and other parts where machining the complete geometry from bar stock would not be the optimum solution.
After forging, components can continue through CNC turning, drilling, thread rolling and other secondary operations according to their technical requirements.

AUTOMATION WHERE CONSISTENCY MATTERS.
Thread rolling is a key part of our manufacturing capability.

01 — DRAWING & REQUIREMENT REVIEW
We review the component geometry, material, dimensions, tolerances, threads, quantities and application requirements.
02 — PROCESS ENGINEERING
We determine the appropriate manufacturing route according to the technical and commercial requirements of the component.
Depending on the part, this may include CNC turning, hot forging, thread rolling, secondary operations or a combination of different processes.
03 — PRODUCTION SETUP
CNC programs, tooling, fixtures and, where required, robotic operations are prepared according to the component and production requirements.
04 — MANUFACTURING
The component moves through the required manufacturing stages according to a defined production sequence.
05 — REPEAT PRODUCTION
Once the process is established, the same manufacturing sequence provides the foundation for consistent and repeatable batch production.
